How Sentique works
The thinking after the session, held
Sentique is not a note-taker and not a scribe. It keeps a record of your own reflective process — the part of the work that usually evaporates on the drive home — and turns it into something you can bring to supervision and show your accrediting body.

Capture after the session
Two minutes, in your own language. What you felt, what the session touched, where it sat in your body. Nothing about the client's record — this is a record of you.
Type or speak. Feelings, themes and topics are chosen from a reflective vocabulary rather than a clinical one.
- 02
Notice what recurs
From as few as two entries, Sentique describes shapes it can see across your own phrasing — recurring feelings, self-states, somatic markers, relational dynamics.
It describes the shape. It never names the dynamic, offers an interpretation, or tells you what you are feeling.
- 03
Prepare for supervision
Flag the sessions you want to bring. Sentique drafts a brief grounded in phrases you wrote, which you review, edit and own before it leaves the app.
Flagged entries containing possible identifiers are held back until you confirm you have anonymised them.
- 04
Evidence your CPD
Reflective activity assembles into a return formatted for your accrediting body — BACP, IACP, IAHIP, UKCP, ICP, PSI or NCPS.
Every export closes with a reflection integrity statement, and any AI-assisted text carries its provenance.
What Sentique will never do
- Record, transcribe or store your client sessions.
- Offer a diagnosis, formulation or clinical interpretation.
- Share anything with your supervisor automatically.
- Assess, score or rank you as a practitioner.
- Promote AI-drafted text into your record without your consent.
- Act as therapy, crisis support, or a chatbot.
Find yourself in the journey
Reflective practice reads differently in training, in practice, and across a cohort. The methodology stays the same.
